This suite of carved walnut furniture consists of a settee, two wing chairs and six “fauteuil à la reine” armchairs which make the Library as comfortable as a drawing room. The furniture is upholstered in a beautiful cut and embossed two-tone velvet. The suite belonged to Monseigneur Gouthe-Soulard, an ecclesiastic from Dijon.
