Costanza Cédelle, known as Costanza defines herself as a goldsmith and only swears by works in gold. She was one of the first French jewellery designers to use machined altuglass, known as Plexiglass. The qualities of solidity and transparency of the smoked-material, whether coloured or not, and the optical effects she exploits with skill, inspired new forms of jewellery for her: rings for 2 or 3 fingers, a breastplate, in pure lines, either geometrical or softer.
