The suite consists of two settees, a marquise, ten armchairs and a fire screen. The pieces are decorated with twists and friezes of piasters; the Aubusson tapestry upholstery is decorated with trophies of fruit and flowers. This impressive drawing room suite was formerly in the collection of Sir Richard Wallace, and was handed down to his heirs, Sir John Murray-Scott and Lady Sackville-West, before being acquired by Moïse de Camondo.
