This unique, prestigious space, dominated by its 18 m-high vault, is the museum’s central, emblematic space. The galleries on either side of the nave look out on to the Rue de Rivoli and the Carrousel Gardens. The three floors of galleries rising majestically on either side house the Musée des Arts Décoratifs’permanent collections. The Nave’s sculpted stone decoration, spectacular mosaic floor decorated with foliated motifs and the beauty of its architecture make it a prestigious setting for hosting private events.

This vast room, adorned with a magnificent array of 17^th and 18^th-century wood panelling from Parisian mansions and châteaux, has three large windows looking out over the Tuileries Gardens.

The panelling in this room, created by Georges Hoentschel for the Union Centrale des Arts Décoratifs pavilion at the Universal Exposition in Paris in 1900, is one of the masterpieces of Art Nouveau.

The museum’s main entrance and focal point, this three-story space provides direct access to the Fashion, Textiles and Advertising exhibitions and the Jewellery Gallery. The monumental staircase opening onto an elegant atrium enables the installation of décors and buffets on the landings. This space is ideal for cocktails and breakfasts combined with private tours of the permanent collections or exhibitions.

This space on three levels, each with its own ambience, has an independent entrance at 103 rue de Rivoli.

• On the ground floor, the vaulted hall traversing the building (90 m², ceiling height 8 m) is bathed in light.
• On the first floor (95 m²), a columned room with a black and white marble floor is lit by a large window looking out over the Carrousel Gardens. The monumental wrought-iron staircase leading up to the floor above structures the ensemble.
• On the second floor, a space (65 m²) with more modern decoration and white walls can be easily personalised for product launches, meetings, press conference

On Level -1 of the Pavillon de Marsan, the superbly designed auditorium has walls and ceiling clad with metal mesh and comfortable red leather armchairs with writing tablets. It can host lectures, colloquiums, meetings and board meetings. The adjoining room is ideal for workshops for 20 to 30 participants. Auditorium events can be combined with a tour of the museum, cocktail or dinner in the rooms of the Pavillon de Marsan located just above.

The auditorium has a PA system, video projector, wireless microphones and digital sound recording equipment.
